    In Genesys how we can find which media agents are logged in through GAD/IWS. If you know kindly share with us.

      To find the logged agents for GAD instance….http://gad-url/admin .(this will ask for user/password and this needs additional configuration for that agent)

    After upgrading Verint Gplus adapter from 6.1.7 to 6.1.13 I am getting below alarm.

    “No RTA connection present”
